Terms of Service

By using the Deep Node diligence platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who can use it

  • The platform is provided by Deep Node Studios, an Istanbul-based product studio.
  • You must be 18 or older to use it.
  • Investors who sign up represent that they have the authority to use their organization's branding on the co-branded landing.

2. What we provide

  • A free founder diagnostic. The diligence is calibrated, but it is not financial advice. Decisions about your company are yours.
  • Investor screening tools. Investors use the platform to receive completed diligences from founders. Deep Node is not party to the investor-founder relationship.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is provided 'as is'.

3. Your data

  • Founders own their assessment data. Sharing with an investor is opt-in (default-on for investor-referred founders, with always-revocable controls).
  • We use anonymized aggregate data to compute insights. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit answers under another person's identity.
  • Do not attempt to scrape the assessment, automate completions, or interfere with scoring.
  • Investors must not represent the platform as their own product. The Deep Node brand stays on the page.

5. Pricing

  • The diligence platform is free for founders and investors.
  • Deep Node monetizes via Phase 1 and Phase 2 advisory engagements with founders who choose to engage. These are separate paid services with their own terms.

6. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the platform.

7. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Node Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
  • Total liability is capped at any fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months. For free use of the diligence platform, the cap is zero.

8. Changes to these terms

  • We will post material changes here with the 'updated' date at the top.
  • Continued use after a change means you accept the change.

9. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.

We use Google Analytics to count page views and completion events. No advertising trackers, no third-party data sharing. You can change this any time. Read the privacy policy.
