Listed prices are estimates for standard-scope software-only products that don't require tech R&D. Final pricing depends on project size.

    Idea to business plan

    You arrive with an idea. We run the feasibility test, then build the business plan on top of what it teaches us. You leave with the path mapped and the risks named. We lead the way; the call is yours.

  2. Step 02

    Business plan to prototype

    $5,000

    You have a plan. We turn it into a working prototype that real users can interact with. Concrete enough to put in front of buyers and watch what they actually do.

  3. Step 2.5 · Optional

    Prototype iteration

    $3,000/ iteration

    First prototypes rarely land clean. Each iteration takes what you learned from real users and tightens the prototype around it. Stay here until the signal is clear.

  4. Step 03

    Prototype to MVP

    $15,000

    Prototype proves the concept. MVP proves the business. We take the validated prototype and build the production-grade version your first paying customers will use.

  5. Step 04

    MVP to product

    $25,000

    MVP got you paying customers. Now you need a product that can hold them. We harden the architecture, fix the things that broke under load, and prepare the product for scale.

    Includes 5 hours of weekly consultancy until $5,000 MRR for founders who started with the feasibility test.
